Principal Attorney

Attorney Christy Brown Moton is a graduate of Texas A & M University, College Station with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science (Pre-Law), and a graduate of Kent College of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree in Law and a certificate in Labor and Employment Law.  Additionally, Attorney Moton is also a Professional Certified Coach. 

Attorney Moton received her Texas law license in  2004 and has been a solo practitioner ever since.  Attorney Moton has accumulated varied experience in her years of practice in: 

  • Comprehensive Estate Planning matters such as drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorneys.
  • Probate matters such as independent  estate administration, and small estate administration.
  • Business law matters such as contracts, incorporations, consulting, collections, and trademarks.  
  • Family law matters such as martial dissolution and adoptions.

Attorney Moton has worked for the second largest railroad corporation in the US; and has served as a consultant in the real estate, telecommunications, and nonprofit fields.
